Original aquatint and drypoint on wove paper. Signed and dated by the artist in the plate, "1922 GR," lower right. The third plate from the series "Miserere" consisting of 58 plates by Rouault from 1922 to 1927. Impression from the definitive state. The edition of 500 was printed in Paris by Jacquemin between 1922-27 and published after the war in 1948 by la Société d'Edition L'Etoile filante. In excellent condition.
